Alright! I freaking love this dry oil.
This might sound tad bid bias, as it comes from someone who bathes in facial oil! But really, truly, in 3 words Diptyque Infused Facial Oil is divine, lush and affordable!
I’ve tried a lot more expensive facial oils in the past. Sunday Riley Juno, Omorovicza Miracle Facial oil, La Prairie Cellular Swiss Ice Crystal dry oil to name a few. Comparatively, Diptyque has more of an everyday vibe. It pretty much stands – subtle than Omorovicza, lightweight unlike Sunday Riley & if used daily, you can forget the need of purchasing La Prairie. And that too 1/4 of a price tag!!
Diptyque was a smooth introduction to my existing skin care routine. Out of many ways of using it, I tested it as a day & night moisturizer, mixed with Shiseido’s Bio-Performance Lift Dynamic Cream as a midweek booster, generously patted after weekly cleansing routine to calm the skin & a drop on the lips as well. Simply put – I really enjoyed using it. My combination skin always looked fresh, nourished & balanced with zero shine (YES!!) post application.
What I really love about it is, it’s rich enough to make your skin cushiony soft & velvety, light enough to be worn anytime & the nourishing vegetable cocktail of oils deeply hydrate. Considering all the goodness it gives for the price – it’s nothing but a a gem of a product to have. Plus the dropper glass bottle with floating rose petals at the bottom is ridiculously a pretty detail! In my view, Diptyque Infused Facial Oil is fabulous for all skins and a year around classic! And you’d be fishing for excuses to use this gorgeous bottle 🙂
Diptyque Infused Facial Oil is available for AED 240/- at Diptyque counters in Dubai.
